Wow, right?! What an incredible difference. And, like, a thousand times* cheaper than doing actual staging. The average room costs what, $2k to stage? Our virtual staging costs just $25 per photo, when combined with a photography package. Usually, people order 5-10 shots per house. Maybe 2-3 of the living area, a couple of the dining and kitchen area, a bedroom, maybe a “bonus” room and a deck? Depends on the house, of course, but at $25 apiece, does it even matter? You’ve already saved about a million dollars versus real staging, and it’s super simple. You can tell us which rooms you want to do and let our photographers and in-house designers take it from there, or you can wait and see what the photos look like and then choose. You can let us handle everything for you, or you can make requests for specific styles or furniture. How about a cool mid-century vibe that makes it look like Don Draper lives there? No problem! Need a pool table and big ‘ol TV in the bonus room? DONE! Just let us know what you like, and we’ll do the rest. You can easily add virtual staging to your initial order, or decide later and just let us know. Delivery time is usually 48 hours, or less, from the delivery of the primary photos.

We know how it is. Your clients left their house empty, and it looks soooo stale and boring, about as inviting as a cardboard box.
