+ The Interior: All Rooms

• Turn on all lamps and lights including oven hood, artwork and cabinet lights
• Replace burned out lights
• Remove all personal objects such as drawings, photographs, or magnets on the refrigerator
• Sweep the house, driveways, and decks
• Fireplaces are terrific props and should be turned on if possible!
• Decorative candles may be lit by Agent or Owner
• Open doors between rooms and ensure all rooms are included in the shoots
• Remove children’s toys from all rooms
• Align bedding, pillows, comforters, and bed skirts
• Remove and store all chargers and cords
• Open and draw any window dressings for our interior and exterior shots
• Have a grandiose closet? FFCA doesn’t typically feature them – let us know, and we’ll include it
• For video only – turn fans on the lowest setting

+ The Exterior

• Remove vehicles from the front of the house and the driveway and, if possible, park a few houses away
• Neatly coil hoses
• Conceal all outdoor trash, recycle, and compost bins
• Turn on all waterscapes in yards including jacuzzis, ponds, fountains, and waterfalls
• If a ‘for sale’ sign is present, please remove the sign (as per the real estate board rules)

+ The Kitchen

• Clear the island of any clutter
• Clear and remove personal items from the refrigerator
• Conceal garbage cans
• Clean all cabinets - cameras can pick up smudges that may not be seen in person

+ The Bathroom

• Close all toilet seats
• Place shower and bath items in storage
• Remove all personal items from the vanity or counter
• Shower curtain or door can be open or closed to your preference

+ We Love Pets Too

• Put dogs or larger companions in garage, backyard, or take them on an adventure with you!
• Remove pet food bowls, toys, and bedding
• Conceal or remove cat towers and boxes

+ One Size Does Not Fit All Homes

If you have specific requests, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We are here to do an amazing job so you can sell this property. Any outside services such as lawn mowing, gardeners, pool, and house cleaners, need to be entirely absent prior to, and during the scheduled shoot. Your FFCA photographers, videographers, and 3D professionals are constantly on the move and will not move anything in the room as a matter of liability.

+ Photography Package Details, Delivery, Usage:

• All prices are based on homes up to 2,000sf. Depending on your services, an additional 10 cents/sf will be added for homes larger than 2000sf.

• If a property has extra structures to be photographed (an ADU, workshop, multi-use barn, etc.) additional fees may be charged.

• Aerial footage/drone usage is contingent on weather and zoning restrictions. In cases where aerials are not possible, we’ll shoot additional interior/ground photos. Drone cannot be flown when it is actively raining.

• Listing photos, Sweet Spot package and Matterport 3D tour delivery is within 24 hours of shoot completion. Floor plans, full-length tour videos, virtual staging, and Kitchen Sink delivery is 48-72 hours.

• License-free music is included in videos. Custom or licensed music can be substituted at client expense.

• One round of edits for tour videos (two for profile videos) is included, if requested, within 10 days of delivery. Additional edits can be made at $150/hour.

• Files will be available for download for 30 days after delivery. Files more than 30 days old will be deleted.

• Full Frame Creative Agency reserves the right to use footage and photos in future videos, social media posts, etc.

• Hosting for Matterport Tours and Property Websites is free for one year. Hosting/renewal fees will be charged after that.

+ Additional Fees:

• It is essential that the home is show-ready at the scheduled shoot time. Listing photography and/or video shoots are allotted a maximum of 3 hours. If the home is not ready, we will wait for no longer than 15 minutes. If the shoot goes over the allotted time due to delays outside of our control, we will bill additional time at $150/hour. We strongly suggest scheduling photography 24 hours after all other contractors/painters/stagers/etc. are expected to complete work to account for any unexpected delays.

• A travel fee of $1/mile (round-trip) will be added to all services more than 15 miles from city center. (Waived if less than 20 miles from city center on orders of $599, and above)

• There is an additional $150 fee to re-shoot exteriors due to bad weather, unexpected unattractive obstructions (garbage day, excessive parked cars, road work, etc.) or other circumstances outside of our/your control.

+ Payments and Late Fees:

• There is an additional 2% transaction fee for processing credit cards. There is no fee for ACH bank transfers.

• Payment is required to confirm appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Finished work will not be delivered until full payment is made.

• Late payments will be charged 5% of remaining balance daily, beginning after a grace period of 14 days after your shoot date.

+ Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds:

• $150, or 25% of the fee (whichever is greater) will be charged for rescheduling within 72-24 hours of a shoot.

• Full refunds are offered for cancellations made up to 1 week in advance. Refunds of 50% will be granted with at least 72 hours notice. No refunds are granted for cancellations within 24 hours of your booking, however a credit of 50% can be kept toward future services.

• No refunds are granted once photographer has arrived on site.
